ON-SITE SURVEY & MEASURE

We understand that steelwork can be complex and difficult to measure so we offer to our customers an onsite survey and measure service. This can be extremely useful on larger or more complicated jobs. We will visit site to assess the job, offer advice and take critical measurements leaving you feeling confident.

FABRICATION DRAWINGS & 3D MODELLING

Fabrication drawings are mainly used for one off or more complex steelwork projects. We will take the steel specification from the structural engineer’s drawings and the dimensions and layout from the Architects drawings and combine them to produce detailed steelwork drawings for approval.

STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION

Our wide range of steel sections and products is complimented by our structural steel fabrication service. We have invested heavily in the latest tools and machinery and have a team of coded and experienced welder fabricators. Our facility’s combined with our team means our workshop can produce up to 15 tonnes of steel a day.

INSTALLATION

Usually a supply and install project begins with a visit to site to determine steel dimensions and access for delivery and installation. We then discuss with you our proposal and ensure this meets your requirements prior to quoting.

ON-SITE FABRICATION & MOBILE WELDING

On site welding is an essential part of any steel fabrication company. Often, we find our clients in need of some assistance with their steel on site. This can be for a variety of reasons from connecting existing steels into new ones to altering steelwork due to unforeseen circumstances.

CRANE HIRE & HIAB SERVICES

Our lorry is fitted with a 16 metre reach crane. This is often useful for lifting steel onto loading bays, into windows or into position if possible. If that’s not enough we can arrange a crane to be on site on the day of delivery so your steel can be placed where ever needed.
